Xango Wisdom Refund & Service Policy.
Thank you for choosing Xango Wisdom. We value the trust you place in our spiritual guidance and traditional services. By booking a session or purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No Refunds. At Xango Wisdom, all services provided by Baba Andres Campos Ramos—including spiritual readings, consultations, rituals, and healing sessions—are final and non-refundable. Once a service is booked or performed, no refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued for any reason.
2. Nature of Spiritual Work: Spiritual services involve dedicated time, ancestral preparation, and sacred labor. Because these services are experiential and based on spiritual energy and traditional practices, results may vary and are subject to divine timing. We do not offer refunds based on personal expectations or perceived outcomes.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling. While payments are non-refundable, we understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule a reading, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate a one-time move to a future date based on availability. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
4. Legal Compliance & Entertainment Disclosure. In accordance with Las Vegas Municipal Code 6.12.090, all psychic arts, spiritual readings, and divinations provided by Xango Wisdom are for entertainment purposes only. These services do not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice. By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges that they are at least 18 years of age.
